Dharamshala: The Department of Health held a virtual orientation session on the revised TVHA rules and regulations with settlement Officers and Executive secretaries of  hospitals and on January 17 and 18. Health Secretary Mr Dawa Tsultrim delivered a comprehensive overview of the revised guidelines, followed by a intensive question and answer session involving the head of three zones-North, North East and South Central.
