Support for Differently Abled

People who have disabilities are a population that requires regular assistance and care from others. They are therefore at risk and might be dependent on others for the rest of their life. In an effort to assist and reassure them that they are not disabled but rather people with special needs, the Department of Health launched this program that provides them a monthly stipend that pays for basic necessities as well as devices and aids depending on their specific needs. More than 250 people with disabilities have benefited from this program, and as of 2025, there are 114 beneficiaries under this program.
