Every Thursday the mental health desk of the Department of Health, CTA conducts a virtual conference for the supervision of HAP (Healthy Activity Program) to the TPHC’s mental health dealing nurses. The purpose is to improve the nurses’ abilities and confidence when it comes to counselling patients with mental health issues.

The program was funded by the United States Department of State, Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM).
