Tso-Jhe-Khangsar hospital in Bylakuppe organized an exclusive awareness session on the role of nurses in promoting the healthy growth and development of children on May 4, 2024. The session was led by a maternal-child health nursing specialist Dr.Tenzin Phadol, PhD, and was attended by nine field nurses from Tso-Jhe Khangsar hospital.During the session, Dr. Phadol covered a wide range of pertinent topics, including  the  foundations and factors influencing a child’s growth, types and assessment of child development, and the significant role of nurses in supporting the optimal growth and development of infants and toddlers. The session was well-received by the attendees.
