Tibetans aged 18-44 in Kullu and Manali receive first COVID dose

American Himalayan Foundation sponsors vaccines for the Tibetans in Kullu and Manali

Himachal Pradesh: Around 226 Tibetans between the age group of 18-44 years in the Tibetan settlements under the jurisdiction of Kullu/Manali received their first dose of vaccine against covid yesterday.

The vaccinated drive was made possible through a collaborative effort between the Kullu/Manali Settlement office, Tibetan Bir health center’s executive secretary, Palrabling COVID-19 committee members and nurses.

American Himalayan Foundation funded the drive with the support of the Department of Health, CTA.
