Dharamsala 6 November: The Health Secretary Mr. Jampa Phuntsok and executive staff warmly welcomed Mr. Tshering Dorjee Field Director of the American Himalayan Foundation (AHF) , a long standing and steadfast supporter of Ngoenga School for Special Children and the Department’s health initiatives. During the meeting, health secretary and Mr. Tshering exchanged view and experience, and the secretary expressed sincere appreciation to AHF for its continued generosity, commitment, and invaluable support towards Ngoenga School.  The department expressed its pleasure in hosting Mr. Tshering Dorjee la and appreciation for his continued association and support.
