On September 7th, 2023, the board members of Staub Kaiser Stiftung and Giuseppe Kaiser from Switzerland, led by President Tashi Albertini, met with Health Department Secretary Mr. Dawa Tsultrim and his team in Dharamshala. During the meeting, they discussed upcoming projects and the donor from Switzerland approved to finance some of the projects that required funding. The day prior, the Switzerland team joined Honorable Health Kalon Mr. Penpa Tsering, Health Secretary Mr. Dawa Tsultrim, and Project Officer Mr. Tsering for an official dinner.

Ms. Debbie from the Vimala Association, another donor, visited the Health Department on September 2nd. In a one-hour meeting with the Health Secretary and other officials, she shared her observations from recent field trips in some of the settlements. She reflected on completed and ongoing projects. The Department heavily relies on donor support for project implementation and expresses gratitude to all donors for their unwavering support.
