The Department of Health, CTA, was honored to welcome a distinguished delegation from German Aid to Tibetans (GAT) to Dharamshala on 15th April 2026.
​The Health Secretary met with Mrs. Heide Meyer (former President of GAT), Dr. Franziska Schlarmann, and Mrs. Anna Wiencek to review successful projects and discuss the future needs of our settlement health facilities. We are deeply grateful for GAT’s unwavering, long-standing support for the health and well-being of the Tibetan community in exile.
