The central COVID-19 emergency Task-Force members visits Tenzingang Tibetan Settlement

Tenzingang: The members of Central COVID-19 Emergency Task-Force led by Mr. Palden Dhondup, Secretary of Department of Health/Chairman of the Central COVID-19 Emergency Task-Force, Mr. Dawa Phunkyi, Chief Administrator of Tibetan Delek Hospital and Dr. Tenzin Tsundue, medical officer of Delek Hospital who are on a visit to Tibetan Settlements in North-East India arrived the Tenzingang Tibetan Settlement around noon of 22nd August 2021 after they visited Miao and Tezu Tibetan Settlements.
They visited Tenzingang Tibetan Primary Health Center to inspect the preparedness against a possible third wave of COVID-19 and their current status of the settlement concerning COVID-19.
In the afternoon, the central Task-Force members met the settlement COVID-19 Task-Force members and addressed the general public of the precautionary measures to be taken ahead of the possible challenges of the third wave.
