The Health Department conducted an online refresher training on the TVHA Quality Assurance Standards on April 23, 2025, for newly appointed hospital administrators. The session was attended by four new executive officers from Mundgod DTR Hospital, Bir TPHC, Miao, and Ladakh TPHC.

Mr. Tsering, OSM Program Coordinator, led the session, covering essential topics such as the TVHA Quality Assurance Framework, key focus areas in health facilities, scope and objectives, quality measurement system, quality committees, assessment protocols and standards, FSQ calculations, and the TQAS audit checklist.

The training concluded with an interactive Q&A session, ensuring clarity and engagement among participants.
