Dharamshala: The pre-service training of six newly recruited nurses under the “Health Workforce Capacity Strengthening” by the Department of Health, CTA has begun on 25th July and will continue till 26th August 2022 at Dekyiling Tibetan Primary Health Center in Dehradun. The training aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the new staff when they take on the various responsibilities at their respective posts. It prepares them to assist with various programs under the department of the health such as CCOCC, SBCC, RMNCHA, HIS, TB and TMS etc, in addition to the clinical and administrative work. The training also aims for easy progression of data collection and implementation of projects and carrying out awareness works.
