After conducting field visits to seven regions in Janthang and twelve camps and TCV school, an orientation session on overall health programs was conducted with the health staff members of TPHC Ladakh. The aim of the session was to provide a comprehensive understanding of the new structure of the Department of Health programs, its objectives, services provided, and recent updates. Additionally, financial management was conducted with the newly appointed executive secretary and accountant. The session focused on discussing financial practices, budget allocation, documentation, and reporting requirements. It facilitated open discussion to address queries and concerns, and also provided an opportunity to align financial management practices with program goals.
