January 7, 2025 – Health Secretary Mr. Jampa Phuntsok and South Zone Coordinator Mrs. Sonam Choedon have successfully concluded their official visit to Lugsum ,Dickey Larsoe and Kollegal Dhondenling from January 2 to 7, 2025.

During the visit, they inspected all healthcare centers under TVHA; Tso Jhe Hospital and Dhondenling Van Thiel Charitable Trust Hospital, as well as the healthcare facilities in various monasteries. They also visited few institutions, including Karuna Home, Mentsekhang, Nyamdrel, and the Old People’s Home (OPH).

In addition to reviewing the existing healthcare services, they supervised ongoing projects and assessed potential sites for upcoming projects in the next year.

The visit was aimed at strengthening healthcare services, addressing challenges, and planning future initiatives to enhance the well-being of the community. 

Health secretary concludes his final leg of his official visit at Delhi PHC  on 9th Jan, 24.
