On November 15, 2024, Secretary of the Department of Health, Mr. Jampa Phuntsok, attended as special guest to the inaugural ceremony of the First Educational Living Water Cycle Building Project at Palpung Monastic Seat. Drupwang Pema Donyod Rinpoche, the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa Rinpoche, the Supreme Head of the Palpung Institution blessed the ceremony and gave a speech emphasizing the importance of water conservation on our planet, emphasizing the need for quick action to save water. Following the event, the Secretary toured the natural water filtering plant.
