Dharamshala: Kalon Choekyong Wangchuk of the Department of Health, CTA will be addressing the closing ceremony of the Third Annual Basketball Tournament Against TB as the Chief Guest on 8 October 2019. The Basketball Tournament is currently underway in Byllakuppe.

Following the tournament, Kalon Choekyong Wangchuk will be visiting various Tibetan settlements in South India including Lugsung Samdupling Tibetan Settlement, Dickey Larsoe settlement, Rabgyeling Tibetan settlement, and Bhandara Norgyaling Tibetan settlement between 9-17 October 2019.
