The Department of Health HIS Desk has concluded its training and monitoring visits at PHC Delhi, Ladakh, and Sumdho, which took place from 19th September to 24th September. The visits focused on enhancing community data systems, assessing current practices, understanding training needs, identifying gaps, and providing training on data entry and other related processes as required. The program is funded by the United States Government under the TESC Program.
