Ms. Ngawang Tenzin, Deputy Secretary of the Department of Health, conducted quality assurance audit for health facilities in the southern settlement (Bylakuppe, Hunsur, Kollegal, and Mundgod) from May 31st to 11th June 2025. The audit was conducted at the as per the Tibetan Voluntary Health Association’s (TVHA) Optimal Service Modules.

The initiative, was funded by the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), which aims to enhance the quality of patient care and ensure optimal utilization of resources across the health facilities.
