Dharamsala: The Department of Health is saddened to hear the demise of Dr Nyima Tsering la, who has passionately devoted his life in caring for the sick and vulnerable through Tibetan medical practices. His active contribution to the community during the pandemic was remarkable, as he continued to provide treatment in various capacities and locations such as in Tezu and in Delhi where he was actively engaged as COVID 19 task force committee.
His selfless service to the community has benefited many families throughout his profession.He will be remembered for his good deeds and as a fighter who never gave up in the face of adversity. The department conveys heartfelt condolences and prayers to the family.
