Dharamshala, Sept. 19: A six-member delegation from Aide A L’enfance Tibetaine (AET) France, led by President Karma Thinlay and Vice President Ngawang Dolkar, visited the Health Department of the Central Tibetan Administration today. The meeting, held at the department’s conference hall, focused on the challenges and future needs of the Ngoenga Special School, which has long received sponsorship support from AET France. Health Secretary Mr. Jampa Phuntsok welcomed the delegation with traditional scarves and thanked them for their continued support to the welfare of the children at Ngoenga School.
