On June 17, 2025, Health Secretary Mr. Jampa Phuntsok and Joint Secretary Mrs. Tsering Dolma of the Department of Health, C.T.A paid a courtesy call to Dr. Rajendra Kumar Sood, Medical Officer Health (MOH) at Zonal Hospital, district Kangra Dharamshala, for facilitating resource persons to the department’s HIV workshop, which was successfully hosted from May 29th to 31st, 2025 at ATWS, Dharmsala. Since, HIV stigma prevents early identification, prompt care, and treatment, such workshops and interactions are critical in improving attempts to prevent and end HIV. The department expresses profound gratitude for his invaluable contributions and kindness.
