The Ngoenga School for Tibetan Children with Special Needs celebrated its 26^th anniversary on March 8, 2026.The program opened with a keynote address by the School Director, Ms. Tashi Kunzom who highlighted the school’s history, which began in the year 2000 through His Holiness the 14^th Dalai Lama’s vision and support.

She extended her heartfelt gratitude to the department and its sponsors for their continuous assistance in enabling the school to strive in its mission.The children’s fun activities and performances continued throughout the celebratory occasion.
