Dharamshala, 8 July 2026: The formal handover of management responsibilities between the outgoing and incoming Additional Secretaries was conducted on 8 July 2026 in the presence of Health Secretary Mr. Jampa Phuntsok, who officiated as the witness to the transition.
Mr. Tenzin Norbu formally assumed the role and responsibilities of Additional Secretary of the Department of Health with effect from 8 July 2026. Meanwhile, Mrs. Dickey Dolkar, the outgoing Additional Secretary, has been appointed as the new Additional Secretary of the Election Commission and will assume her duties the following day.
