On 22 June 2026, the Department of Health, Central Tibetan Administration, welcomed Mr. Mike Cramer, Political Officer, and Ms. Radharani Thakuria, Project Management Specialist, from the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi. Health Kalon Ms. Pema Tso extended a warm welcome to the delegation. The meeting, attended by the Health Kalon, Secretary, and senior officials of the Department, focused on the progress of TESC Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State, as well as future strategic health priorities and challenges. The Department of Health extends its sincere gratitude to the U.S. Department of State for its continued partnership and generous support in advancing healthcare services for the Tibetan refugee community.
